Mr Amit Kumar is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon with a specialist interest in Hip and Knee Surgery and Musculoskeletal Oncology, based in Greater Manchester and operating from leading private hospitals across the region.
Mr Kumar completed his undergraduate medical training and orthopaedic surgical training in the United Kingdom. He has a particular interest in complex joint reconstruction and has undergone specialist training in robotic hip and knee replacement surgery.
In addition to his joint replacement practice, Mr Kumar is the founder of the Manchester Lumps Clinic, a rapid diagnostics service for patients with unexplained soft tissue lumps, designed to reduce the anxiety and delays that often accompany this presentation.
